People get fined for speeding all the time, but when a person is speeding on a wheelchair, that deserves special attention. A man in Germany was fined $618 after he violated the speed limit twice, on his wheelchair.
Guenther Eichmann had modified his wheelchair’s electrical engine to make it run faster. The local police didn’t quite agree with it, and after being stopped twice for going beyond the speed limit of 40mph, the cops confiscated his wheelchair and slapped the fine.
