Guess who got a huge big present from Mazda? Yes, it is none other than Los Angeles Fire Department.
As a part of a two-year loan, Mazda handed over five prototype Tribute hybrid electric to the fire department. These new addition were given a warm welcome at an event at Fire Station last Friday.
Fire Chief William Bamattre said:

Brian Humphrey, spokesman for the LAFD says these vehicles would be used in non-emergency situations like fire safety inspections and school visits only.
