Well for once men have behaved like men! According to a recent survey conducted by the automotive research and consultancy firm Auto Pacific, Men prefer trucks more than anything as the most popular form of transport.
The header says muscle but that’s not be mistaken with mustangs for I have gone with the strength depiction rather than that customary automotive way of naming mustangs, which themselves are loosing identity, even the nomenclature bit.
Back to the survey, the most popular for men are pickups and furthermore, most popular amongst them, on the basis of ownership, are the Chevrolet Silverado 250/300 and the Ford F 350 Super Duty Pickups, as they account for 93% male ownership.
Nissan’s Titan followed by the Dodge Ram is the most popular from the Light Duty Segment with 91% and 89% ownership, respectively.
This survey was based on the ownership factor thus we find no female and supercars affinity here as the survey concluded that female tend to prefer bugs the most with the VW Beetle topping the charts with 65% ownership.
