Mercedes is all set to launch their next generation E-Class dubbed as W212 in the year 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The latest sedan from their house will come boasting avant-garde safety technology, direct-injection petrol and Bluetec diesel power.
Though the new E-class will be a bit sleeker, but the by and large silhouette will be same as the earlier ones had. The models will come both with petrol and diesel engines.
Petrol Engine range: 2.5 V6 in the E250 model to the 5.5 liter V8 in the E500.
Diesel Engine range: 3.0 liter V6 with 190 hp to 4.0 liter V8, 354 h.
