Here is an innovative truck that is truly artistic. How would you like if a truck passed by in your neighborhood that oozes art, as it moves along? Mr. Elliot Arkin, a designer has refurbished an old Mr. Softee truck and metamorphosed it into a vehicle that helps to transport art, literally. The truck can be adjusted with holes and since it is malleable, it swings over the truck like a canopy. If you pulled the surface out, you could have a stage and a canopy and if you pulled it in, you can make peepholes. The peepholes have a peeping-tom sort of feeling to them and are certainly enjoyable for a vast segment of the population, to enjoy art in an innovative environment. Such innovations bring joy not only to those who own the vehicles but also to communities for whom art can be quite unaffordable.

Hey nice piece of news, this one!
But I wonder how on earth these Mr.Softee vendors are going to dole out cones of ice creams from this truck, which carries an ice cream/ softee brand on its wheel which dates back to a very very distant past, coz this brand is a pioneer of sorts in US softee brands!
The vehicle is quite a watch, but it’s high on it’s futuristic quotient. Looks like a vehicle to suit a marvel superhero(Iron Man probably) than an ice cream truck.
:) :0 :) :0
p.s. - I seek pardon in advance if i have hurt the ardent passion of any car maniac, in course of my opinions on the metal wonder.
Hello Shahwar, thanks for writing. This vehicle is not meant for selling ice creams. It is an old ice cream truck which has been converted into a mobile art ’stage’ if you may call it that. It would of course interest the ’modding’ community which is into converting old vehicles into unrecognizable modified vehicles such as these. Many a times, they don’t serve any commercial purpose but is an art in itself, how well or how uniquely you can transform a vehicle.
