Last time I was researching for my auto blog I was taken aback when I visited Nissan motors website. The url I punched in took me to a Nissan all right, but it was no motors, it was computers instead. It is quite surprising that such a branded company like Nissan Motors can actually allow a ( can I say) blunder. It does not look very well for the company with such a big name.



On further reading, I got to learn that Uzi Nissan - founder and president, Nissan Computer Corp had registered Nissan.com domain on June 4, 1994 where at that time Nissan computers was named Datsun. Taking that to be the truth, so where lies the error? If Nissan computers utilized the name earlier than what right does Nissan motors have to their claim? I dont claim to be a Nissan Computers supporter here, I am just a person concerned to learn the truth. But,only time can reveal the real picture. Until then, let us keep ourselves informed till the best man wins.
