Delighting its 25th anniversary of the March, Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. has announced the release of the March 12E Limited Color and March 14E FOUR Limited Color in three revived body colors. These particular models will be sold in limited volume via bookings received through internet.
Ever since the first-generation March debuted in 1982, the spotlight of its appeal has been its myriad selection of individualistic body colors. Launched in 2002, the current third-generation March (K12 model) has been dressed in a total of 28 different body colors over the years though sixteen of these original colors have been discontinued.
Commemorating the anniversary, Nissan has revitalized the Aqua blue TPM (Titanium Pearl Metallic), Chocolat PM (Pearl Metallic) and Paprika Orange M (Metallic) colors, following popular demand from customers.
The Aqua Blue TPM was chosen directly by customers via an internet poll conducted in August. The on-line poll acknowledged approximately 7000 votes, which rated Aqua Blue at the top followed by Kiwi Green and Beans.
These three revived body colors are offered on the limited edition variants based on the March 12E and the March 14E FOUR (cold weather spec). Each of the body color is limited to 250 units, for a total of 750 units, on both variants.
The limited editions went on sale over the Internet today where customers can book their March in their favorite color through the on-line catalog at Nissan’s Rashinban website.
Prices start from $10,738 for the 12E Limited color and $12,496 for the 14E FOUR Limited color.
