nissan skyline

It is funny how we make the differentiation between the Gen-X and Gen-Y. It is more interesting when I think which generation I fall in to. I guess somewhere between the X and the Y. I mean, I like being called the Gen X part, but apparently I am still a part of Gen Y. Anyway, why are we discussing about this now? Quite simply because the Nissan Skyline is something that appeals to both the generations- in terms of both the exterior and the interior of the car.

Just only a little while back Nissan gave GT-R data to the Sony PlayStation designers and the software developers at Xanavi Information to make sure the cars in the Gran Turismo games would be accurate. Not to be the ones to not return a kind favor, the game producers returned the compliment by helping to create the car’s 11 instrument panel display screens. So basically we have a win-win situation and both the parties benefited from the venture.

The Nissan Skyline, which was previously right-hand-drive-only car, which could previously only be purchased in Japan, Australia and Europe, is finally making its way US this June. Seventy large and a good spot in line will get you one of the 2,500 scheduled for US import; the rest of us will have to make do with Gran Turismo. So basically getting one will not be easy but it would be a nice possession for both sports and gaming enthusiasts. So if you want to own a Nissan with some playstation designing on the interiors, then this is the one for you. It is a nice bit of gift for both the Gen X and Gen Y.
