Nissan will debut two new concept cars at the Frankfurt Motor Show this September. Both these cars have looks that can be classified as queer, or unconventional; but that’s the way most concept cars are. If you see both of them together, you’ll have just one question in mind, which one’s more bizarre?

The Mixim Concept: This concept looks somewhat like a turtle that can fly! Its big doors open upwards to give an impression that this car has wings. The driver seat will get the centre-stage, with two passenger seats on either side. Interiors of the Mixim concept are inspired from computers.
Lithium-ion batteries power the concept. Two motors draw from the batteries, one caters to the front axle while the second powers the rear. So here’s another plug-in designed to run on Li-ion batteries. Unlike the Volt or the Prius, this one though, does not seem to have any production plans.
Micra Colour+ Concept: Here’s a concept that flaunts a two-tone treatment with a liquid-metal gold paint running over the top of the car and putting up a contrast with a three coat pearlescent white finish on the car’s flanks. The paint job on this car is indeed unique and good, but it gives the concept an odd-world look.
