Are you a speed-lover? Does driving at high (and I mean, really quick!) speeds set your pulse racing? If yes, the chances are that you have already been bowled over by Germany’s Nürburgring Nordschleife—-acknowledged worldwide as an ideal spot for motor-enthusiasts, with variable surfaces, sweeping curves and dramatic climbs and drops. This challenging circuit is now all set to become even more tempting for the speed-addicts!

Plans are already in place to convert the area beside the Nürburgring circuit into a theme park, that would have a new rollercoaster ride as its main attraction. The rollercoaster would enable drivers reach a top speed of 217 km/h, that too in only 2.5 seconds. The rollercoaster would stretch over a length of 1.2 km. The makers of the rollercoaster will use compressed air for the cart’s acceleration.

The theme park, that is scheduled to open late next year, will also have a new science center and museum, a Go-Kart track and an event hall, in addition to the rollercoaster. A four-star hotel (with 160 rooms), a business lounge and a new 5000-seat grandstand would also be present in this theme park.
