PaganiZondaThe $1.2-million Pagani Zonda, one of the world’s unusually elite supercars has attracted some interest from a select few in Australia. The supercar has been named after Horacio Zonda who was a former Lamborghini design head.

Supercar Investment is the new importers who are presenting the Zonda as an exclusive Italian alternative for supercar brands. The Pagani is powered by a 408kW, 7.3-litre V12 engine from Mercedes-Benz’s AMG division, and is the latest breed of supercars.

Each of the cars is built to the buyer’s specifications, from the colour and style to the exact mechanical package. An open-top roadster can be bought if you are willing to spend some extraaa bucks. You can also spend extra bucks for more power or an updated Zonda F.

The rivalry for the Zonda, mainly comes from the Ferrari Enzo, the Porsche Carrera GT and even the Koenigsegg CCR. While the Porsche and Ferrari are only sold as left-hand-drive models, the Pagani has been approved to be driven on the Australian roads.

At $1.2 million dollars, the Zonda is definitely not for everyone. It is just for the rich and the niche.
