Phoenix was built 20 years ago and has the look of a sports van. The low frontal area and the curb weight of just 2000 pounds make it a favorite among drivers across highways. The low-profile cab has an easy entrance and is a favorite among youngsters who look for an alternative to cars. Tom Cyr, a modder built a Phoenix van, which he calls the Phoenix II. The new name is probably necessary considering the number of features he has modded. The Van looks completely different yet looks pretty cool to be called a Phoenix. Upgrades include a 6-cylinder Corvair engine and automatic transmission. This is a phoenix that really looks like it has risen from the ashes. Only, the original Phonix is still popular among auto fans too.

At first glance, I really thought that this was an armored truck rather than a family van. I wonder if they still have car covers available for this model.
This van is RAD. What a perfect surf mobile! I would paint it all black and put some knobby tires on it. Oh, and don’t forget the surf racks.
This is SICK! (And I mean sick in a good way! I met the guy that did this in one of the Phoenix Hotels. Pretty interesting guy!
I must have been at the same Hotel Phoenix as you. I saw him and was checking this bad boy out. What a cool ride it is. The Phoenix Discount Hotel has a picture of it on their bulletin board.
Just so you all know. Phoenix is not a good place for vans. Sports cars are a much better fit in Phoenix.
