The Plymouth Road Runner hasn’t been around for a while, but these renderings by Michael Leonhard show the glory of the retro muscle car with a modern touch. The designer’s concept is based on the Dodge Challenger and takes design cues from the styling of 1971-1972 Road Runner models. Power for the car would come from a choice of 5.7-, 6.1- or 7.0-l engines, coupled to a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox.
It has 20-inch wheels at the front, and 22-inch wheels at the rear. A glowing Road Runner logo sits between the tail lamps to add to the effect.
