A tow truck driver in Oregon learned the hard way what everyone should know; never mess with the police. The driver saw a car in the lane and hooked it on to the tow truck, just then officer Tyson Conroy who had responded to a domestic disturbance call returned to his patrol car and saw it hooked to the truck.

On enquiry by the Officer, the driver told him that he had hooked the car because it was parked in a fire lane. The driver eventually let go of the car but refused to cooperate with the police further. Eventually, the towing company’s manager showed up and persuaded Steven Syverson, the driver to surrender. The driver has been charged with unlawful use of a vehicle, obstructing governmental administration, interfering with an officer and criminal mischief.
