The Portofino concept car has been inspired by the Fiat Fiorino. However, the conceptualizers have removed the roof and the doors and made a few more changes to come up with a really unique design. The doors have been replaced by nautical ropes and the structural loss has been compensated by a rollbar-like central ring. In order to take the nautical theme a step further, the interior floors are made of wood and the dashboards have been repainted. The natural fibers in the seats are processed to be waterproof. Though it is a concept at this stage, Fiat plans to churn out models that are similar to the Portofino but would have the roof for protection against sunlight and the elements. This car surely will keep us waiting till it gets manufactured.

The interiors of that Portofino concept looks very stylish. Me and my friends from Autopartswarehouse would love to bring that kind of car if we are heading to the beach. It really looks good without the roof and the doors.
Looks nice, but if start to rain?
