PSA Peugeot Citroen is planning to bring its diesel hybrid sedan prototype to Europe by 2010. The company is seeking partnership with automakers and distributors to kick start the production. The hybrid vehicle embedded with a fuel efficient diesel engine and an electric motor will take you 70 miles per gallon but costs around $5,000 to $6,000 more.
