Designing a car is not just about drawing a fancy Exo-Skeleton and a few fancy lines on the drawing board that look wonderful on the screen and as CG models but never actually turn in to something substantial. It is important that the designers of the blingy future concepts learn that there is something under the hood the drives the car and they need a competent set of wheels that help it move forward. Lines in space barely make up an entire machine.
The last time I saw a wheel concept was that of a wheel that constituted individual spheres put together so that it can spin around without much fuss. This is another cool wheel concept that is for the millions of cars that seem to taking up the roads on the web and claim to be the future of automobile industry. Euan Craine is the designer of these wheels of 2050 that work on both principles of Semi-Conductivity and Magnetic Levitation. The fancy wheels apparently adjust automatically to the surrounding changes and function accordingly!

Now hoe does that exactly work and how is it incorporating the principles of superconductivity and levitation in to wheels? For now, we will have to wait till we hear more from Euan but it sure looks a lot more exciting than the millions of concept cars around!

It’s always been a big mistake for designers for coming up with a super flashy design when it comes to automobiles. Some auto resources might be used improperly in producing something that’s not substantial.
