The South African car,Rossion Q1 is built for the “sensation of true driving” and is “free of the superfluous gadgetry.” All that basically means that the car does not have a stability or traction control. This lightweight and sleek “track oriented supercar” car claims to be easy to handle, and full on power. The body, with removable front and rear sections, is built on steel space frame chassis.

The Q1s sent to the USA will be without any engine or transaxle, but the company recommends the use of a 3.0-l V6 aluminum engine with twin turbochargers. The performance figures say the car can reach top speed of 185mph, with the 60mph mark coming in just 3.3 seconds. Top speed has been set at 185mph. The car will cost around $100,000.
