Saleen has unveiled its new Heritage Mustangs to pay homage to the legendary Mustangs. Saleen’s new Mustangs are called the H302 and H302SC. Saleen says both cars have been inspired by Ford’s Boss 302 and Mustangs of the 60s.
The 302 in names of both cars refers to cubic-inch displacement of the engines. The H302 comes with Saleen’s 5.0L V8 that pumps out 390hp, the H302SC is a supercharged variant of the same engine and delivers 580hp. Transmission on both engines is short-throw six-speed manual.
Saleen has also endowed these vehicles with a tuned suspension, performance brakes, better aerodynamics and 19-inch wheels. H302 will see a production run of 500 units priced at $56,999 each, while the supercharged version will have 200 units, each bearing a price tag of $74,999.
