Selephant is an innovative new project that means “safety elephant” and like its name, features many of the safety elements it seeks to convey. With a curious modular body design, the two-set compact vehicle was inspired by the figure of an elephant and thus features very square dimensions, which combined with low ground clearance make it incredibly safe for passengers as well as the driver. Designed for the Michelin Design Challenge 2007, the concept vehicle seeks to become the ultimate symbol of urban mobility in the future with its strong focus on safety.
