For people who thrive on extremes, the Skimmer concept is a world of fun. It starts tame, moving half-submerged in water. Keep increasing the speed, and at about 60kmph, it will start moving out of the water. Increase the speed further, and at 100 kmph, you’ll be hovering 1.5 meters above water, all thanks to physics of the wing-in-ground effect. Once above the water, the rider can steer the vehicle by shifting weight and for greater effect, by using the handlebars to control the two motors.
