The Sportec SPR1 M supercar may be based on the Porsche 997, but it has far more muscle than the donor car. Sportec worked on the 997’s powerful 476hp engine, and using a process that we believe included magic wands, the same engine was made to produce a monstrous 858bhp. The 3.6-l biturbo flat six develops 870Nm of torque and is mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
With power like that, the SPR1 accelerates from zero to 60mph in just 3 seconds, and touches the 300 kmph in a quick 18.9 seconds. Top speed for the supercar is marked at 380 kmph (236mph). The exterior looks good, and there are plenty of features and options for the interior. With numbers like that we guess other things take a back seat, except the price of course, which hasn’t been revealed yet.
