Rinspeed has been credited with many interesting concepts and this time the company has taken matters to a greater height, or should we say to a new depth. sQuba is the world’s first real diving car. This amphibious vehicle can dive to depths upto 10 meters in water thanks to two propellers in the stern and two powerful jet drives in the bow.
Rinspeed boss Frank M. Rinderknecht sees it as a realization of movie fictions, with James Bond flick The spy who loved me on the top of his list. The car also boasts to be eco-friendly, powered by electricity, it is a zero emission vehicle. Rinspeed sQuba is sure to get a lot of attention at Geneva, perhaps it will debut with some dolphins in a tank of water!
