American Suzuki Motor Corporation, in conjunction with Lifted Research Group (L-R-G) has debuted a fully customized 2008 Hayabusa Sportbike at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show. The bike has been designed by L-R-G and built by Nick Anglada of Custom Sportbike Concepts.
Exterior is covered in a unique Pearl White powder paint scheme accented by lighted and see-through panels. Other changes include custom windscreen with LRG pattern, stator cover and Voodoo exhaust, both engraved with LRG logo and a laser engraved L-R-G patterned seat. The rear fairing comes from 2007 GSX-R1000 sportbike. Chassis has been tinkered with to add a revalved front and rear suspension.
The custom bike has been given a new look with a number of cosmetic as well as suspension changes. It will be displayed at various shows but a production run appears to be unlikely.
