Tazzari are preparing the production for their all electric car Zero. Scheduled to reach markets by the end of this year, the Zero is basically a car for short distance urban transport. Propelled by a 20bhp (!) 150Nm electric motor, the car can cover 80 miles on a single charge, with the top speed limited to 50mph.
The car has average looks; not mind blowing beautiful, and not at all ugly. It will come with a price tag of Euro 18,000, (excluding VAT) which seems pretty steep when you consider the car’s specs. By the time this car reaches the market, there may possibly be another more powerful, less costly car on the block.
