Based on the Citroen 2CV frame and engine, the Elementz Kitcar is designed by the Dutch engineer Rob Wolkers. Winner the SolidWorks Product Design Contest 2007 in the model category, the Elementz was also selected to be the grand winner of the Burton Design Contest 2007 from among 60 entries. Wolkers himself explains the key to the design as ‘maximizing the fun and driving experience,’ while getting the most out of the car by keeping it as light as possible. We’re looking forward to see the sensational design hit the light of the day very soon.

For me it looks similar to the moon buggy, though the design is really award-worthy. I bet he won even more than just Cargo Liners for that.
