Compiled by Forbes.com, these five models are the only new luxury cars with both the lowest-possible scores for predicted reliability from Consumer Reports plus a below average ‘overall manufacturing quality’ scores from J.D. Power.



This gets me thinking, even if you are buying one those massive SUVs to shield your child during a car crash, it makes no sense on three counts-you are going to incur lots of expenditure on gas, pollute the environment, and would have to spend more for maintenance and also on the numerous occasion when it breaks down.
