Seems like Toyota Motor Corp can err too after all. According to the latest news, Japan’s largest automaker is planning to recall about 210,000 Land Cruiser Prados worldwide. These Prados were manufactured between April 1996 and January 1999 and apparently, has some problems in the axle.
But, the company is really commendable for its intention to recall these models. The Prados are sold mainly mainly in Australia, Europe and China figuring about 110,000 and another 100,000 in Japan.
According to the company, the action was initiated because the car’s wheel could come off due to a crack in the axle caused by continuous high speed drive in winding roads.
