It was just last month that Toyota Recalled 30,000 Scion TC Sports Coupes and now it is indulging into another refurbishing act, this time though over a different safety concern. Someone has to tell them that they should not hurry their cars into production unless they are convinced about the technology incorporated.

Toyota has now recalled 54,217 vehicles of their two models, The Harrier SUV and the Windom Sedan. Recently, two cases came up where the cars left in the parking with their engines running caught fire, luckily there were no causalities. The Defect is reported in the engine’s computer control system that catches fire on malfunctioning .

Toyota may me heading north in all senses but they should learn something from Ford who recently delayed the release of their vehicles concerning similar hiccups, otherwise their northward tourney could soon reroute southwards.
