It looks like the iShoes have some competition, but they can still enjoy their run because Treadways are only a concept. For some people, using public transportation may not be a priority because of the distance they have to walk, or sometimes travel to reach the stops. These are the people who may find these motorized shoes useful.
The user can choose to remove Treadways with a simple click, or even keep wearing them throughout the day. They weigh 3lbs each and are good for a 10 mile range, travelling at speeds near the 10 mph mark. The Treadway motorized shoes have been created by designer Peter Treadway.
