It seems that my dislike for trikes apart, they are becoming really popular and are catching on fast. Though I have nothing personal against it I have discussed in detail plenty of times earlier why I just do not like any trike that does not fly. I just never liked the whole third wheel concept and made it all look like something for people who just can’t handle two wheels. I’m not saying that I am right and neither am I saying that it is slow, just that it somehow doe not fit for me.
That entire hassle aside, this Porsche-911 powered trike was built for a lady from Palm Springs, CA. It features a 911 2.0 6 cylinder engine, 5 speed transmission, hand built headers and carburetor stacks, leather seats, air brushed paint featuring images of many sharks, air ride, polished billet stainless steel forks, handlebars, rear A arms, etc, Wheels are 23 diameter in front with matching, one of a kind custom cut 20″ diameter 18 inch wide in the rear. The whole thing is a wonderful package and if you like trikes then you will love the pace and handling on this.
The vehicle has been names ‘Troubled Waters’ and I am starting to wonder why. It also reminds of ‘Bridge over troubled water’ song!
