What would you suggest to a driver whose been pissed off by tickets? Drivers in Ukraine have come up with an innovative way to show their displeasure on tickets, and they have not spent a penny on camera detectors.
Many drivers in Ukraine are driving with their number plates bolted upside down. Now that’s a tough nut for the police to crack, how do you give tickets to a person when you can’t comprehend the number?
The police have little choice though, the drivers are exploiting a loophole in the law. The Ukrainian traffic laws are vague on how the number plate should be mounted, so the drivers cannot be penalized. Bad for cops!
