Owing to fuming gas prices, the automobile market has fallen by 3.1 per cent, with a total of 560,722 cars sold for the year to date — 103 vehicles a day less than 2005. However, Glass Information Services operations manager Chris D’Sousa remains unshaken. In fact, he predicts the overall market will be consistent with last year, reaching its 980,000 sales target. Let us analyze why he remains ever positive. According to industry news, a fleet of 60 new models will debut this year, which will save the present cars from waning out.
