A former vehicle of the South Carolina Girls Academy and a center piece in recent years for a Virginia classic cars museum with only three owners before final restoration, it is one of the most iconic American collector cars around.
The car comes with an ideal original ash wood strip and has been refinished to showroom conditions with new mahogany panels, and of course with no cracks or stains. The low mileage strong rebuilt engine is quite with new brakes and hydraulics. Fitted with new Lucas WW Tires, all mechanicals have been rebuilt or replaced with NOS parts.
Woodie is equipped with new original style upholstery and maple door panels running through all three seats. The skin originally wears maroon whilst the dash inside is wood grained grey. The exterior embraces all chrome triple plated, stainless steel grill and molding with high luster metal polishing.
All new NOS molded rubber floor mats and original rubber door sills are supplementary. There’s an original pushbutton Philco radio and an after market Sothwind heater inside. Moreover, it is fitted with a factory style unity spotlight.
