After Fiat and Microsoft announced their telematics system Blue&Me, Volkswagen Electronics Research Laboratory and Google too have joined hands to carve out futuristic vehicle navigation systems. The user-friendly 3-dimensional navigation map system will give you the exact information with respect to surroundings, topography and other physical features. The group is also researching to enhance the in-car communication and entertainment system that include personalized content updation, wireless in-car charging system, Google Earth touchscreen interface, real-time traffic updates and routing.
