We want to demonstrate that this Volkswagen engine is already performing at a high-level during its early stages of development, and that is considered to be a potential race winning power plant for the future by Formula 3 teams.

Volkswagen has won countless races and championships in Formula 3 during the nineteen-eighties and at the beginning of the nineteen-nineties which has already established the recital of its power units.

Volkswagen is keen to take this demanding antagonism since Formula 3 is a superb podium to present production-based engine technologies. Let’s hope Volkswagen delivers the same results that enchanted Formula 3 fans earlier.
