The small car market just isn’t that small for the rising inflation globally has spurred them back in demand as more and more people are looking for cars that bear an affordable price tag coupled with impeccable features. The automakers themselves have played an active role in increasing the demand for such cars as the cost of production is comparatively low and deficiencies if any can be dealt with, economically.
The consequence of this increased demand have strained the already established small cars to imbibe variations every know and then. VW Beetle faced extinction from the market back in the seventies, which means they are more prepared than anyone in the small car market to take on the challenge.
Their Latest Introduction is the limited edition drop-top bug that comes with a burgundy hood. The Burgundy colors runs through the top with black, beige or white colors covering the remaining exterior, which means three different colors each with a burgundy colored hood are available.
The car has been dubbed the Beetle Cabriolet Red edition with the color of passion denoting the rooftop. The prices of these stunning ‘creatures’ are not available but we do know that there will be three petrol variants : a naturally aspirated 1.6 or 2.0 liter engine and a turbo charged 1.8 liter engine alongwith a 1.9 liter diesel variant offered .
