True to his philanthropic nature, Warren Buffet has surrendered his light-gold Lincoln Town car at e-bay to support children of the Girls Inc.’s members who comprise mainly single-parent families with incomes under $25,000. Bidding will begin from Sept. 12 - 22, 2006, all the proceeds of which would be handed over to the organization. The money would be used to support the various educational programs of the children, which are designed to inculcate sound financial values, bring out their full potential and enable them to lead successful lives.
