Don’t you worry for we don’t have an alien picture on wheels but even then, this creature’s love for wheels isn’t usual? The Mutt has been a pillion for a whopping 9 years and as per her riding partner Alan Ribner, she just loves being on the wheels of his Harley. Ribner has christened this Mutt Sevey after the store where he found her nine years ago and has since then covered 60,000 miles with her. For Ribner, it was always a fantasy to put a dog in the sidecar, so imagine how he feels with one as a pillion. Ribner first found a $600 custom-made seat for Sevey and when he did eventually pile her on, he thought he was torturing this dog only to realize fifteen minutes later that he had found a long-term riding partner in her.
Ribner has never found a helmet for her or maybe he never wants to, but he does have a pair of riding goggles for her. Ribner and this Mutt have a chemistry that he enjoys as he keeps assessing Sevey’s feelings when they cross different creatures on the bike. He has a rear view mirror pointed at her instead of the road, just to know what she is admiring. Ribner says that the Mutt was initially sloppy on the curves but with time she started surfing by standing on all four legs and shifting the balance the right way. Now that Sevey has gone old she takes to those tilts using just two legs while lying back in her seat comfortably.
Ribner has occasionally landed in trouble with the cops, but since they find no law to book him or his Mutt a ticket, they eventually allow them back on the road. Onlookers love taking pictures or waving back at the amazing riding pair. Some of them even find themselves stunned while a few others, especially in his native area cheer Sevey as they see the bike crossing. Ribner exclaims that he would need a biker chick for he has no place on his own cruiser as that solely belongs to Sevey.
