Mustang for years has held a very clear definition in my mind, but off late with rumours springing from every nook and corner, I really don’t know what a Mustang means and have probably lost count of the number of versions produced.
Is it a mere canvas, where everyone paints on, whatever he wishes too, fret dubbing it a muscle car for that was a definition in the times of yore. Why is the word suffering an identity crisis! Think, Ford should do away quickly with their decision of bringing out a version every year.
While you start counting the number of versions produced, I would love to help you with one up, as the latest hubbub to throng the Mustang streets is the development of a James Bond edition, probably a revival of the one that featured in the 1971 movie, Diamonds are Forever.
It won’t just be a revival of sorts, indeed if speculations are to be believed, it would eventually be based on the 1971 edition, the red Mach1.
