You definitely need to have a lot of heart for owning the RML group produced Mercedes SLR 722 GT. Ask me why and I would say none without a heart would shell a whopping $1.2 million for a track only car and then of course you need heart to harness this 670 hp beast on the move.
Well the news ain’t all about your guts to ride this one but the fact that Renntech has secured rights to officially sell this limited edition (only 21) vehicle in North America.
What’s more is the fact that the supplier even plans to keep the prospective buyers entertained by organising a number of SLR track events all through next year.
The supplier plans to spend on trained technicians, engineers and driving instructors who would supervise the aforesaid events as it would be a requisite to ensure that the buyers of this exclusive car enjoy every horse as long as they are on the track.
Mercedes have thus done the right thing by giving the charge to Renntech for they have they capability to tune and maintain a car of such high credentials and add to that their decision of organising SLR track events, there couldn’t have been a better supplier.
