Yes ladies and gents a 2007 Shelby SSC Ultimate Aero Twin Turbo Coupe, the world’s fastest production car according to the Guinness Book of World Records is now up for auction with the current bid price being $585,900. though in a real live auction the American-built sports car which boasts of 1183 hp and 1094 ft.-lbs of torque, a record 257 mph top speed and does 0-60 in 2.78 seconds, would have fetched much greater value indeed if it were not for the fact that the bidding will last for only six hours more!
