A modder on a forum has set his sight on a super-single bike project, which is based on Yamaha Wr250X. Though Moriwaki MD250H is definitely a force to reckon with, it still wouldn’t appeal to those who are brand or image conscious. Moreover, the bike is astronomically priced. His project is about modding a new Yamaha Wr250X so that it functions better than the Moriwaki or RS125, but less priced. He plans to keep the chassis, get an R6 to revamp the front end, and get Marchesinis/Carrozzerias wheels. The concept is going to have a fiberglass tank cover and plans for other parts are still underway. Looks like the project will result in a really awesome but affordable bike concept.
