Boutique German automaker Funke & Will AG present YES!Roadster 3.2, a sophisticated, elegant, lightweight and really quick car. According to the automaker’s announcements in Chicago, the car would hit the markets stateside during summer this year.
The YES!Roadster derives its power from an Audi-sourced, 3.2 liter V-6, that is available in two alternative configurations—the normally-aspirated (255 horsepower) version and the turbo version (355 horsepower). The turbo configuration can even be upgraded to 411 horsepower. The normal(base) Roadster weighs 1962 pounds, while the Turbo version has a weight of 2050 pounds.
According to the makers, the YES!Roadster 3.2 is going to be extremely fast, with a top speed of 175 mph and a truly impressive acceleration of 0-62mph in a mere 3.9 seconds. A six-speed manual tranny handles shifting for the rear drive roadster. The base model comes with a five-speed automatic tranny too.
The YES!Roadster is provided with some of the most sophisticated features. It has a double wishbone suspension at the front and the rear. The car is brought to a stop by using the ventilated discs with four piston calipers that are provided all around.
YES!Roadster 3.2 is priced on the high side—with the base car priced at $77,995 and the turbo version priced at a whopping $97,995. However,with the attractive appearance, stylish,sophisticated features and high speed-levels, the car surely can be worth its price!
This year, only 50 YES!Roadster 3.2 cars are scheduled to enter the US markets. Hence, these cars would retain their air of exclusiveness, and drivers can certainly have some fun while zooming about the streets in this cool and lightweight speed demon!
