zenz sports car
Ralf Zenz is all set to take his baby to the glitz and glam of the Geneva Motor Show the coming month and it is going to make an impact by the looks of things so far. The Geneva Show already has a very impressive lineup set for the show with the who’s who of the world automobile world set to show-off their might and the latest green technologies available. Zenz is a bright yellow concept car developed by Ralph Zenz, which I personally happen to like a lot.

Ralf Zenz new concept will be unveiled at next month’s Geneva Motor Show, a full scale model stretching 4.2m and featuring a super slippery drag coefficient of just 0.21Cd. The maker says a production version of the vehicle would be able to reach speeds as high as 230km/h but would consume less than 3.0L of fuel per 100km. This is because of the car’s aerodynamic shape, low 760kg weight and efficient 140hp diesel engine. Zenz is working on an even more powerful version that can reach a top speed of 260km/h and remains just as economical.

Zenz also plans to install adjustable seats and pedals, a fully tilting steering wheel and power steering, electric windows and mirrors, air-conditioning and CD stereo and navigation system. That would surely give the car a full ‘sports car’ look and would make it a viable competitor in the category. At the moment there are no confirmed production plans but if there’s enough interest at the upcoming Geneva Show we could soon see the Zenz sports car on sale or so one hopes. The coloring and the features are really cool and it is nice to see that finally one wants to use the bright yellow. So wait for the show to start and watch out for the Zenz!
