The vision of designers ZOOM-Designagency behind the Rih sportsbike concept becomes amply clear once you know that “Rih” is the Arabic word for wind. The German designer of the bike created it for a small production run targeted at hobby bikers. Power comes from a 1000cc V4 sourced from the Aprilia V4 that would help the bike live up to its name.
A removable windshield is fixed just above the twin RAM inlets and has space to house a hidden on-board video camera in the middle. Membranes mounted on the fuel tank are probably just for the awe factor. Connected to the air box, these lung-shaped membranes “react” to prevalent air pressure and appear to be breathing. Logos on the tires are added using monochromatic pigments that change color depending on the temperature, making it easier to recognize the bike at optimum temperature.
