US Energy and Commerce Committee votes to regulate auto MPG

Rising gas prices is causing President Bush lots of worry. His administration's recent bill to increase auto mileage by 33 mpg failed. But, The House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee approved 28-25 the Transportation Department suggestion.
